Markus has worked for more than 15 years very
successful in flavour creation in all savoury areas.
He led the creative and project work of an
internationally operating flavor company for more
than twelve years as the ‘head of development and
application’ and for three year as the ‘director
R&D’.
Markus established a new flavor department with
focus on top-notes, seasonings and spray-dried
flavors. He is experienced in the implementation
of new product lines.
