Peter Niemann was awarded again with the Guide Michelin star in 2019 for his interpretation of the Breton cuisine at the Schloss Hohenhaus. In addition, he is a competent partner for kitchen planning and design in both large and high-end gastronomy. The focus is on the installation and modernisation of kitchens in historic buildings. Peter Niemann was resonsible for the gastronomic planning of the German Bundestag Berlin, the New Munich Trade Fair Center and the Old Town Hall Leipzig. Working according to the monument protection regulations when modernising the Herrenhaus Möckern in Leipzig which was build in 1317 proved once more the professionalism of Peter Niemann. In each project, the planner and active kitchen chef focuses on a cost-effective workplace design that protects and supports employee’s health at the same time. Through structural optimisation and the implementation of an efficient process, existing kitchens are also improved in their performance while using the existing inventory. Since 2005, Peter Niemann coaches kitchen chefs and teams. Furthermore, his broad network helps his clients to recruit suitable employees and managers.
